Das Grinch-Event ist ein längeres Event, dessen Zeitraum sich vor allem über die Weihnachtsfeiertage erstreckt.
Während dieser Zeit werden anstelle von Champions sogenannte Grinchs gespawnt mit etwas veränderten Raten:
- Spawn-Rate: 10%
- HP: 6x
- Drop-Rate: 10x
Von ihnen bekommt man entsprechend der Drop-Regelungen bei Champions ("Deep Red/Deep Blue") keine Event - Glittering Medals gedroppt, sondern 
Gift from Santa Claus. Diese Items lassen sich schließlich öffnen und sie enthalten mitunter folgende Dinge:
